This team will be focusing on the logistics required to set up the infrastructure necessary to make chief guests, performers and participants and other dignitaries feel comfortable and taken care of at the venue location. The team will also focus on overseeing that the sponsors and partners are comfortable at the venue location.
Prasenjit Sengupta is a founding partner of Musical Evening (musicalevening.com) and responsible for infrastructure, website, online communication, etc. Musical Evening is not for profit organization is San Francisco Bay Area, established to promote Indian Culture and local talent at Bay Area. He was also founding member Baybasi, Inc, (baybasi.org), which is to promote awareness of Indian ethnic identity and its cultural and spiritual heritage., organize cultural events involving (without limitation) Bengali and other Indian traditional and contemporary songs, drama and dances and to organize events to raise funds for the relief of distress and other charitable causes. He served as General Secretary of Prabasi, Inc (prabasi.org), from 2009-2011. It is to build a Community Center for members and other communities to enhance their spiritual, cultural, artistic and social experience through activities related to our rich cultural heritage. Also served as Registration lead for NABC2009 (nabc2009.org), North American Bengali Conference of year 2009, where more than 10,000 members participated. Though being engineer by profession, he is into photography (DragonFlix.net), yoga, dances, promoting singers and organizing events etc.
